Created by SNAC, ZMA-5 is an all-natural sleep aid that will supposedly help to increase testosterone levels while you sleep, so you can build bigger, stronger muscles each day. Additionally, ZMA-5 may even promote an increase in energy levels and mental focus. Claiming to be the “next generation in recovery and sleep enhancement supplementation,” ZMA-5 will supposedly increase REM sleep while decreasing Deep sleep stages without increasing the total sleep duration.

However, we can’t help but be skeptical of a product that claims to help consumers build more muscle without the extra work. Rather than sleeping on the job, we decided to do a little research about ZMA-5 for ourselves.
