Ideas for Better Sleep
- Re-do your room so it is comfortable and a relaxing place to go. Make sure that it is quiet at night, it is well ventilated and it is the right temperature.
- Do not drink alcohol before you go to bed.
- Do not get into bed until you are tired and go to bed early if you get tired before bed time.
- If you cannot fall asleep, do not spend more than 15 minutes in bed trying to fall asleep. Get out of bed and read a book, listen to some music or do something that will soothe you. Then, when you get tired you can get back in bed.
