One in five of my classmates back in the days admitted to have taken sleeping pills at some point in their lives. Insomnia being a problem for celebrities is now a story of the past. More and more people are undergoing intense stress 24/7 with irregular lifestyles and diets.

Observe your lifestyle and try to stay away from:
1. Eating too much fatty foods or foods that are filled with protein (indigestion hinders a good sleep).
2. Drinking too much liquids (especially ones with caffeine in them) for chances are that you will wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
3. Stay away from drinking too much alcohol for although you are able to fall asleep easily, the quality of your sleep is decreased marginally.
Some tips for a good night’s sleep are:
1. Stability and Relaxation.
2. No alcohol.
3. Make sure you are not too full,
4. Have some lavender oil handy.
