Many people find that sorting through the events of the day while they get ready to fall asleep each night can help them relax and set new goals for tomorrow. While this mental to-do list may be able to help you feel prepared and ready to make a new start each day, sometimes our priorities and demands can leave us with so many worries and cares that the stress keeps us tossing and turning for hours on end.
However, Alluna claims that its Enzymatic Therapy will help you fall asleep naturally without the negative side-effects, calming your nerves and soothing your muscles so you can have a good night’s sleep every night.
Supposedly, Alluna uses the top two ingredients for sleep its formula, specifically chosen for their powerful yet gentle sedative abilities. When combined, Valerian and Hops have been proven to establish healthy sleeping patterns without putting the body at risk for addiction. Alluna claims that its formula will even help you to wake up refreshed and energetic.
Yet we have the nagging feeling in the back of our heads that Alluna sounds too good to be true. A powerful formula for less than $10? Really?
• Contains top 2 ingredients for sleep
• Non-Addictive formula
• Easy to purchase
• Wide Variety of Consumer Reviews
• Might not work for everyone
• May require a few days to be effective
• May cause negative side effects
Alluna relies on just two ingredients for encouraging healthy sleeping patterns: Valerian Root Extract and HOPS. These ingredients are commonly found in multiple sleep aid supplements due to their non-addictive abilities to relax the central nervous system and calm tense muscles. When used correctly, Valerian Root Extract and Hops can help consumers fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply with a minimum amount of side-effects.
However, just because Alluna claims to keep these side-effects at bay doesn’t mean that their formula will have you feeling as bright-eyed and bushy tailed the next day as you’d anticipate. Many consumers have reported grogginess and irritability while using Alluna, and a few have stated that Alluna’s concentrations were too mild to be effective. Additional side-effects may include dizziness, nausea, and headaches.
There is an old adage that states, “you get what you pay for,” and with Alluna, you’re only paying a mere $10 (or less) for a box. Although this may at first seem like a good deal, you might want to keep in mind that you won’t be paying for the best ingredients money can buy. As effective as Valerian Root Extract and Hops can be when combined in a sedative, there’s no guarantee that Alluna will work for you individually or how effective it will be.
The reviews are mixed about this formula for sleep, and we too find it difficult to recommend Alluna whole-heartedly. While it does have the potential to help consumers fall asleep faster, we feel that there are stronger, more reliable formulas available for purchase.
